At the scene of an accident
If you are at the scene of an accident you can insist with the driver that your car be towed to us – it is your decision where your car is taken. 

During business hours : 7.30am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday (except Public Holidays)
If you can’t drive your car and require a tow truck during business hours please call us and we will organise one for you.
